Dzhezhyk O. Lines and Ways of Prevention of Negative Effects of Psychological Stress of Teachers at Higher Educational Institutions under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The subject of research is a psychological tension in teaching personnel of higher educational institutions under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The purpose of the research is the development of recommendations for the prevention of negative effects of psychological tension that arises in teaching personnel of higher educational institutions under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine under the influence of professional activity. Methods of research are general scientific, psychological studies and mathematics of statistical analysis. Scientific novelty - first established professional factors that determine the specificity of response of teaching personnel of higher educational institutions under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine psychological traumatizing influences and psychological tension; the comparative analysis of professionally important psychological qualities of teaching personnel of higher educational institutions under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine have been carried out in the context of psychological tension; the psychological differences between professional teaching staff of universities and the Ukraine Ministry of civilian educational institutions and others have been defined and describes. Practical importance: usage of the research results have increased the efficiency of training of scientific and pedagogical staff organization. Subject and degree of implementation - research results are included into the education process of the Kiev National University of Internal Affairs and Odessa State University of Internal Affairs. Efficiency of implementation - the implementation acts indicate a positive evaluation of the research results. Sphere of appliance is psychological support of service research and educational activities institutions under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
