Lezhenina L. Psychological factors of the emotional exhaustion of inspectors of the Security Service of Ukraine

The work contains theoretical substantiations, methodical ways and results of empirical study of the problem. The essence of the emotional exhaustion of inspectors of the SSU is defined. The classification of psychological factors which predetermine the development of the emotional exhaustion of a specialist of law-enforcement sphere is improved and complemented in the process of work; the dominant psychological factors which cause the development of the emotional exhaustion of inspectors of the SSU are identified and analyzed. The psychological factors leading to the development of the emotional exhaustion of inspectors of the SSU are defined: dissatisfaction of the need in significance of the personal "I", dissatisfaction of the need in positive emotions (absence of understanding); authoritarian type of mutual relationship arisen in a department; limitation of freedom, activity, self-expression; intensive interiorization of the professional activity circumstances; experiencing injustice.
