Essay

Object of research - bile formation in the rat liver. Goal of the research - to determine the role of bombesin on bile secretion in rats and to find out the participation of type II bombesin receptors, acetylcholine ad adrenaline receptors in the realization of bombesin effect on choloresis in vivo. Methods - physiological, biochemical, statistical. Subject of the research - bombesin influence on bile flow level and secretion of biliary organic components. Results - bombesin was shown to affect bile formation realizing it's stimulative and inhibitive effects via type II bombesin receptors. It was found that bobesin effects on biliary secretion depend on functional activity of M-acetylcholine ad alfa- and beta-adrenaline receptors and is not similar in rats of different age. In this study the bile flow, secretion of bile acids dynamic, phiospholipids, free fatty acids, triglycerides, cholesterol and its esters transport under bombesin influence were firstly investigated in vivo. Applying will be held in nearest future. Biological and medical sciences.
