Essay

The scientifically-methodical approach for creation of vaginal medicinal forms, which contain combination of antifungal, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory substances for treatment of festering-inflammatory diseases of urogenital system, caused by esse-pathogenic and pathogenic microorganisms and funguses has been proposed. On the basis of complex biopharmaceutical, physical and chemical, pharmaceutical, technological and microbiological researches theoretically and experimentally the composition has been grounded and rational technology of suppositories under the conditional name "Terbeniol" with an antifungal, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory action, which contain in the composition terbinaphini hydrochloride, benzalconii chloride and nimesulid has been developed.
