Essay

The Ukrainian phenomenon of the national socialist regime comprehension, its ideological roots and political platform, the ways and methodology of its struggle for power as well as the establishment of the nazi dictatorship in Germany are characterized. The dissertation investigates the attitude of the Ukrainian political public and civil environment interpretation of the domestic policy processes in Germany under the rule of National Socialism. The evolution of the Ukrainian public view formation during the Nazi foreign-policy course in 1933-1939 is analyzed.
