Essay

The rate of the pregnant women, whose fetus karyotype was determined because of the biochemical markers changes and also the low efficiency of such examinations provided that individual risk was not estimated were established. The concentration fluctuations of markers, used for the fetus' chromosomal pathology screening, upon conditions of ultrasonic evidence of the abortion and fetus' intrauterine infection, gestagen taking in the first and second pregnancy trimester and the characteristics of the placenta revealed during the ultrasonic scanning were evaluated. The immunoreactivity of the serum of pregnant women with the determined fetus' chromosomal pathology was established and its hyperreactivity was proved.
