For achievement of the put purpose in addition present mathematical models of ferries the two new models are created- slender hulls and hybrid hulls, formulated and realized the proper charts of their functioning and the algorithms of of principal elements are developed. A mathematical model and computer program UAPPP is developed interactive decision of optimization task of of principal elements for a few hydrodynamic types of ferries on the initial stages of designing made. Recommendations are done for a new net of a perspective ferries for Vietnam.
