Thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical questions of the implementation of the representation of citizens' or state interests by procurator in administrative court. Notion and contents of representation, its grounds and reasons and also proceeding form were researched. Main terms and particularities of procurator's authorities during the implementation of the representation of citizens' or state interests in administrative court were defined. Big attention was paid to questions of work organization of procuracy in the representation of citizens' or state interests in administrative court. Propositions for improvement of current legislation were formed. This current legislation defines the procurator's representation of citizens' or state interests in administrative court and also the practice of its adoption.
