Object. Processes of project and program management and innovative development of IES. Objective. Improvement of scope program management technology; development of models and methods for project time and cost optimization taking into account constraints, which allow solving of the tasks when alternative variants of works are specified. For the first time methods for project time and cost minimizations with constraints for the tasks with alternative variants of works fulfillment are developed. Technology for scope management program is improved. Models for project time and cost minimizations have got a further development. Developed models and methods enable solving of planning problems.
