Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the scientific substantiation, development and implementation of the ethic expertise optimized system in the scientific investigations of the remedy at the clinical testing stage in the Ukraine. The results of the investigations define the functional and organizational discrepancy between the existing system, which realizes ethic expertise and monitoring of the following the ethic principle, and increasing number of the clinical tests with the remedy.Optimized system of the ethic expertise issue provides reliable and safe procedure of the clinical tests' implementation: rights and interests protection of the examined people is provided, life and health damage risks
