Zakharov A. Features of thymus structure of white rats after immunostimulation and immunosuppression in different age periods.

Dissertation is devoted to the study of features of morphological changes in the structure of thymus of immature and mature white rats after immunostimulation and immunosuppression. Materials of dissertation research complement the picture of the morphofunctional state of thymus in the conditions of immunocorrection. Influence of immunomodulator of thymic origin of the last generation on the organometric and morphometric indexes of thymus of white rats, and also the morphological features of thymus structure in the conditions of immunodeficit which is induced by a single dose administration of cyclophosphanum (200 mg/kg) were found out. The features of cellular composition of subcapsular area of thymus cortex of mature animals after application of imunofan and cyclophosphanum were studied. The features of ultramicroscopic structure of mature rats' thymus after an immunostimulation and immunosuppression were found out. The estimation of immunological status of organism of animals and composition of peripheral blood of mature rats after application of imunofan and cyclophosphanum were first conducted.
