Essay

Dissertation research considers the investigation of the peculiarities of forming motive fitness and physical development at primary swimming training of the junior schoolchildren with different typological properties of the main nervous processes. Functional mobility, power and balance of the main nervous processes, time characteristics of the sense-motor reaction on simple and complex sight-motor loading were investigated in the process of the experiment. The character of the vegetative reactivity, the level of physical development, physical and motive fitness were investigated according to the heart rhythm indexes. It was substantiated for the first time that at primary swimming training differentiating children on groups for solving physical training tasks must be done on the base of the properties of the main nervous processes; the development of the physical qualities must be done according to the state of physical development and vegetative functions of the pupils' organism. Scientific novelty of the work consists in determining a new science-methods approach or solving the problem of differentiating swimming training based on complex registration of the peculiarities of the individual typological properties of the higher nervous activity, physical development, motive fitness, sense-motor and vegetative functions of the junior schoolchildren.
