This paper investigated features of the physical, physiological and psychological qualities of players 12-14-year-old age, which differ in the level of biological development. These people have a discrepancy between the passport and biological age, while a group of slow, normal and accelerated development. It is shown that adolescents with accelerated biological development of the best physiological indicators and different from their peers the results of physical and technical training. Shown that the use of physical exercises aimed at developing speed and power-speed skills of young players causes the indicators to improve their physical and technical training. However, the use and psychological training leads not only to increase the degree of expression of positive and socially desirable qualities of the individual players, but is immaterial, but reliable changes in the physical and technical components of sports training. It objectively justified considering the important role of all components in the preparation of young players. Conclusions about the significance of the relationship and interaction of various components in the formation of young players as athletes and personalities at the same time.
