Barbara N. Linguistic means of expression of Ukrainian mentality in modern Russian press

Object: Ukrainian mentality verbalized by lexico-semantic means of the Russian language. Objective: revealing and complex description of main linguistic means of expression of Ukrainian mentality in the press published works of Russian Federation. Methods: general scientific analytical and descriptive; linguistic observation; of quantitative presentation; methodics of contextual and component analyses. Scientific novelty: conducted for the first time complex investigation of the problem of nation mentality expression with means of other language; verbal presentation of Ukrainian mentality is considered; key features of Ukrainian mentality expressed in published works of modern Russian press are described. The practical value: the use of materials in linguodidactics of higher school, in systematic investigations of mental problems.
