Bondarchuk О. Multiproject management of restructuring and development in a dynamic environment

The dissertation is dedicated to development of models and methods for managing projects of organizations' restructuring and development. Known approaches to restructuring and development of enterprises and organizations have been considered. Main kinds of restructuring, typical for Ukrainian enterprises and organizations, have been chosen. Reduced expected evaluation of management effectiveness has been defined for alteration projects, which are included into a structure of a multi-project of restructuring and development (MRD). Method of optimization for MRD configuration has been developed, which allows to choose a necessary alteration project to be realized. Typical instruments for restructuring and development of organizations have been worked out: organizational role model for MRD, project alteration planning scheme, and typical task structure in alteration project. The results of the dissertation have been implemented while realization of a multi-project of development in Scientific-manufacturing centre "ТОР". The developed methods and models allow to systematize approaches to project management system's development in organizations of different forms of ownership and different spheres of activity.
