Essay

The dissertation is a complex investigation of cultural process of Donbas’s region in 1920-1930. Author analyzed the development of education, science, literature, painting, theatric and musical life of Donbas during this period. The culture of ordinary people is also studied in the thesis. It was concluded that that state policy, economical conditions, cultural level of ordinary people had an influence on cultural processes. The state and communistic party also tried to regulate life of ordinary people.
