Kasyanova N. Fight against homelessness and dereliction in Donbass (1943-1953).

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of central and local powers' struggle with child homelessness, dereliction and criminality in Donbas after liberation of the region from Nazi occupation and with ending of Great Patriotic War. In work there are definite principal reasons of presence of the noted negative social phenomena, the scale of problem is found out. The legislative and prescriptive basis of work of organs of the Soviet power is analyzed on the background of struggle against homelessness dereliction and criminality. The basic methods of their liquidation are reflected and imperious structures authorized with the tasks of removal of negative displays and stabilization of situation. Particular role of public that help to the children of street is underlined.
