Essay

In complex compared standards of good practice standards ISO 9000 and TQM concept, first defined the requirements for staff pharmacists and distributors of medicines. It was justified the expediency management hierarchy additions pharmaceutical industry, social/human nanoscales. It is presented the distribution of role performance of staff in the control and manageable sub-systems of quality assurance chemist's establishment constructed quotient-criteria qualimetric model for assessing organizational commitment of staff. Propose integrated with personnel management model for documenting quality assurance system for a distributor of drugs. It was proposed a process model of development management personnel of pharmaceutical institutions and model management model of working activity of staff of pharmacies. Results of research have been implemented in the pharmaceutical organizations and institutions of higher education.
