Leoshchenko D. The Phenomenon of the Historical Truth: a Social and Philosophical Analysis

The object is theoretical models of forming a subjective image of the past. The purpose is a social-philosophic analysis of the historic truth as a social-spiritual phenomenon and clearing up its nature, essence and contents; determining the factors of its optimization in the modern Ukrainian society. The methods are historic-comparative, deductive and inductive and also a synergic approach. The results: theoretical generalization of the principles of forming and developing the historic truth, determining the determinants of optimization of this process. The newness: the meaning of the historic truth as a social-spiritual phenomenon being the base of historic consciousness was discovered for the first time; the conception about natural character of the historic truth was concretized; the understanding of the historic truth as a personal – estimation attitude to the past was further developed. The area of use: the process of education, the state humanitarian policy, determining the ways and means of optimization of development of historic consciousness in particular.
