Zinenko O. An increase of efficiency of the use of locomotive park is by perfection of management exploitation

Dissertation is appointed development of mathematical models and methods devoted increasing of efficiency of the use of locomotive park for providing of freight transportations by the improvement of operative management exploitation of locomotives. Thus in-process grounded choice of actual tasks of optimization of operative management exploitation of locomotives (OUEL), investigational existent indexes of realization of technology of preparation of locomotives to work in freight trains from positions of statistical approach. The mathematical models of optimization of process of OUEL are developed taking into account the vagueness of dynamics of technological processes of freight transportations, the known model of "task about setting" is complemented the index of statistical risk of losses from unsynchronousness of locomotive and train composition readiness. The algorithm of optimization of attachment of the prepared trains is offered to the filaments of chart after the criterion of a minimum of outages risk. The method of effective informative support of decisions operatively controller's to the personnel from the operative and current planning of exploitation of locomotives is developed and grounded.
