Useinova L. Forming of professionally-practical competence under conditions of of future engineers-teachers production practice

The complex theoretical and methodical ground of problem questions solving of forming professionally - practical competence of future engineers-teachers under conditions of production practice is presented. The essence of professionally - practical competence is revealed and the necessity of the use of competent approach during the practical preparation of students of engineer-pedagogical specialties is ground. Concept and category system is elaborated and determination of production practice and professionally-practical competence is listed. The diagnostics of modern problems of production practice organization in higher educational establishments of in higher educational establishments of Ukraine is conducted and the ways of solving these problems are offered. Description of normative and educational support of students practical preparation is given. As a result it is suggested to use the integrated program of production practices. Methodical approaches of its working out were developed for this reason. It is also suggested to modify organization methodical set of instruments of production practice taking. The levels of professionally - practical competence formation according to the results of production practice taking are theoretically grounded in dissertation work. The evaluation system on the basis of proper criteria was developed and it was based on finding of finding of integral estimation (index) which was approved during the experimental park of work. The modified methodical approaches of production practice organization were tested in experimental part of work.
