Tychyna D. Law-psychological aspects of warning children mercenary criminal

Dissertation is the first complex monographic research in Ukraine devoted children mercenary criminal, psychological determinant that assisted it and also developing scientifically define law-psychological aspects, directing to overcome it. Law-psychological substance of "children mercenary criminal" is determined and criminal characteristic of children mercenary criminal is given. Factors which influence on accomplishing of mercenary crimes children are set and described. Legal and psychological features are certain and conduct of minor mercenary criminal, modern state and prospects of organization and providing of prophylaxis of accomplishing of mercenary crimes minor children. Directions, maintenance and features of co-operation of measures, are reflected legal and legal and psychological reacting in the system of general and individual prophylaxis of mercenary criminality of children and also the psychological program is developed and psychological pedagogical recommendations for the increase of efficiency of prophylaxis of mercenary criminality for children.
