The object: professional and educational training of primary school teachers; the aim: theoretical foundation and model testing technology training of teachers to the organization of teaching and learning of younger pupils in the information environment, methods: theoretical, empirical, statistical, novelty: the first developed and scientifically grounded model for training of teachers to organize teaching and learning of primary school students in an information environment, pedagogical conditions for effective training of future elementary school teachers to organize teaching and learning activities; developed and tested technology training of teachers to the organization of teaching and learning of primary school students in an information environment; pedagogical conditions for effective training of future elementary school teachers to organize teaching and learning activities, developed and tested technology training of teachers to the organization of teaching and learning of primary school students in an information environment; clarified the concept of "educational and entertaining activities younger pupils, commitment to the organization of teaching and learning of younger pupils, informative educational environment; criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of future teachers to organize teaching and learning of primary school students, given further development of vocational and educational training of primary school teachers to organize teaching and learning of younger pupils; Results: The model and technology training of teachers to the organization of teaching and learning of younger students in an information environment can be used in the preparation of primary school teachers well as the educational process with students specializing in primary education and retraining of teaching staff; the field: the theory and methods of professional education.
