A research object is the professional becoming of future practical psychologist of IAB. A research purpose is a ground of theoretical bases and practical recommendations in relation to perfection of process of the professional becoming of psychologists of IAB on the stage of studies in higher educational establishment of MIA by optimization of social-psychological climate of student subdivision. Research methods - scientific, psikhodiagnosticheskie, mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty - grounded student subdivision features and dynamic aspects of the professional becoming of psychologists of IAB; certain the psychological-pedagogical terms of optimization of SPK of student subdivision. Practical value - the complex of psychological-pedagogical is developed optimization of SPK. Object and degree of introduction - drawn on research results in practical activity of the Darnickogo district management of main administration MIA of Ukraine in Kiev and educational process of the Kievan national university of internal affairs. Efficiency of introduction - the acts of introduction testify to the positive estimations of application of research results. Sphere of the use - the psychological providing is operative official activity of IAB and educational process in relation to forming of favourable social-psychological climate and optimization of the professional becoming of future psychologists of IAB.
