Essay

It is attracted the achievements of the theory of journalism, politology, conflictology, sociology, and adopted these achievements to these theory of social communications. Journalistic activity is closely connected with public and social activity, which is communicative activity which includes mass-media. Having there were differentiated six types of mass-media connection with conflicting situations. Analysed the control over conflicts on each stage of its passing, proved the main strategies of their solution. Created the classification of communicative skills of an audience in the perception of media conflicts, worked up the typology of the audience according to the abilities to go through conflicts.
