Essay

The complex investigation of the peculiarities functioning of dominating motives in the Christian children magazines of independent Ukraine was made in thesis. There was examined the cultural historical and religious educational basis, which was formed by children magazines within 1890-1939 years, and there was viewed the continuity of Ukrainian educational traditions. The candidate for a degree discovered 12 contemporary Christian periodical magazine editions. There were made analyses of the dominating (Christian) motives of different genres children magazine works: the motive "The God Will is Above All"; the motive of God's miracle; generosity; love to the fellow creature; love and respect to parents; love to other God's creatures; love to Eucharist; the motive of strength, faith and pray; the motive "any ability, talent is God's gift".
