Zagorodniy V. The main directions of organizational work of district (municipal) public prosecutor's offices.

The work is a comprehensive scientific analysis of the problem of organizational work in district and comparative to them public prosecutor's offices subject to specificity of organizational and management activity in these authorities. The character of relationships between district public prosecutor's offices and other components of prosecution's system is analyzed; the recommendations according to distribution of competence between them are brought in. The concept is determined and the content of organizational work in district public prosecutor's office is investigated; an influence of the principles of prosecutor's system over the organizational prosecution's law enforcing bodies' activity is analyzed too. Taking into account the contemporary aims for increasing productivity of prosecution's work, the conclusions concerning the improvement the distribution of functional duties among employees of prosecuting magistracy, the information providing with realization of constitutional functions, the work planning, the control of work done, the coordination of district procurator's activity in prevention of crime, personnel administration are formulated here. With the consequences of research the proposals according to the changes and additions to Ukrainian Law «About Prosecution» and branch orders of General Procurator of Ukraine are moved."
