Essay

The results of the researches of physiological regularities of the influence of separate parameters of the cryopreservation process on the functional activity ( FA) of boar spermatozoa in seasonal and breed aspects and the fertilize capacity in vivo are presented. The highest level of sperm FA corresponded to 3h equilibration, freeing speed 301,5 оС /min, optimal spermatozoa concentration 0,1 billion/ml, optimal dilution 1:1 and thawing speed 3510 оС /min at +70 оС. The valuation method of the frozen - thawed spermatozoa viability in vivo was elaborated and it provides the prognosis of the artificial insemination effectiveness.
