Essay

An object is a process of dyeing of cotton and linen fabrics by direct dyes; a purpose is increase of competitiveness of textile materials at the expense of working out resource-saving technology of dyeing with use of enzymes; methods are analytical methods, physical-chemical, biochemical methods, physical-mechanical; novelty - for the first time it is shown possibility of an intensification of process of dyeing of linen and cotton fabrics by direct dyes proteolytic enzymatic preparations; for the first time influence of enzymes on thermodynamic sorption the characteristic of direct dyes by a cellulose fibre, namely affinity of dye is defined, and established that the last increases, that is is shown that in the presence of enzymes the incentive thermodynamic reason interphase mass transfer (persorption) dye a fibre increases; for the first time influence of enzymes on dye diffusion in dyeing a solution for a case when last limits the general speed of dyeing is defined, and shown that the factor of diffusion of dye in the presence of enzymes increases; for the first time it is shown that under influence proteolytic enzymes there is an updating of a surface of a cellulose fibre that promotes increase of porosity of a cellulose fibre and its free volume that increases permeability of a fibre; branch - textile enterprises of light industry.
