Object - giving process to textile materials of waterproof properties; the purpose - increase of competitiveness of textile materials, in particular, at the expense of creation of technologies of high-quality water-repellent furnish at decrease in expenses for processing; methods - analytical, physicomechanical; novelty - for the first time in technology of textile materials it is shown feature of adsorption of organosilicone olygomers by a cellulose fibre and the substances which addition to working baths increases quantity adsorbed by a fibre of waterproofing agent are defined and creates conditions for strengthening of communication "waterproofing agent-fibre"; the mechanism of an intensification of process of hydrophobization fibres by organosilicone olygomers is offered by connections which consists in ionisation of macromolecules olygomers and updatings of a surface of a fibre by metal ions that strengthens an electrostatic component of interaction between macromolecules of waterproofing agent and polymer of a fibre and creates more favorable conditions for complexation; boundary concentration of organosilicone olygomer on a fibre which provide demanded effect of water pushing away on whipcord cotton and cotton-polyester fabrics are defined. At reduction of the given quantity of olygomer on a fibre, as well as at its increase, the effect of waterproof processing decreases; it is shown that at impregnation of a textile material by a solution of organosilicone olygomer the actual quantity of the last on a fibre can exceed considerably theoretical which pays off with the account of press and concentration of olygomer in to a bath, and conditions at which "the advantage factor" adsorptions of organosilicone olygomer a fibre from baths exceeds unit are defined; on the basis of the noted concentration of olygomer in a working bath is lowered and reduced materials-output ratio technologies; the system on the basis of the organosilicone compounds, which use provides giving to textile materials of waterproof properties proof to physicomechanical actions at simultaneous reduction of expenses of waterproofing agent and decrease in temperature of thermal processing of fabrics; use area - finishing manufacture.
