Zholdokov V. The Religious Factor of Inter-Ethnic Relations in the Beginning of the 21st Century (Social-Philosophic Analysis)

The dissertation is dedicated to the social-philosophic analysis of the essence, place and role belonging to the religious factor of inter-ethnic relations at the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st centuries, the analysis intrinsically combining the cultural and historical, sociocultural and scientific focuses. The work shows that philosophy substantially considers various aspects of culture formation and functioning under the impact of material and spiritual-religious factors. It was shown that at the turn of the 21st century the inter- and intra-religious dialogues and polylogue intensification takes place, namely between the world and ethno-national religions.It was demonstrated that the ideologization of differences between religions and confessions, serving as the basis for the communities self-identification, significantly influences inter-ethnic relations.
