Burlaka B. Development and research of compositional medicines for external use with bishophit and dimexid

The thesis is devoted to the development of structures and scientifically proved manufacturing techniques for two soft medical products with bishophit for the external application. The optimum technologies and compositions of new medicinal forms with bishophit - the composite gel for therapy of locomotorium pathologies and gel-mask for hair "Bisholan" have been developed on the basis of complex technological, biopharmaceutical, physical and chemical, rheological and biological researches. The technologies and compositions provide a high level of specific activity, safety and stability of the prepared agents during three and twelve months of storage respectively. Normative documentation on extemporal and industrial production of the two soft medical products was developed and approved according to the current .
