In dissertation the difficult and contradictory phenomenon of samostiynitskogo motion is examined in Ukraine in a period of the Second world war as national form of fight for the revival of state independence. On the base of wide circle of sources, historical literature reasons of civil conflict are found out, description of all of his participants is done - German and Soviet modes, Polish nationalistic underground, leading samostiynitskoy force - OUN - UPA.
