Dissertation is devoted development of composition and technology of soft medicinal form with bacteriophages staphylococcus. On the basis of physical and chemical and biological methods of researches composition of gel under the conditional name "Piophag-gelum", which contains bacteriophages staphylococcus, is offered. Experimentally grounded type of stabilize of soft medical form, osmotic active component, preservative. Technology of making of gel is developed with bacteriophages staphylococcus. The indexes of gel quality are investigational, it is set that gel is stable during 2 years of storage at a room temperature. The projects of AND and technological industrial rules are developed. Selectivity of action of create preparation is set in relation to the cultures of staphylococcus.
