Essay

Object of research - process of development of resource-saving technology of sizing of cotton warps. It is offered in structure of sizing compositions for cotton bases to enter additives of the kaolin or alum. The developed technology enables: to reduce the charge of starch and textile-processing chemicals, to lower foaming by preparation sizing composition; to provide regulation of a level of the bonding on; to reduce end breakages increasing technological indexes of size, to reduce air humidity and dustiness level at weaving departments, to lower the cost price and to increase quality of severe fabrics.
