Surikov O. Scientific-methodical approaches to the improvement of the information systems in the rational use of medications

First scientific-methodical approaches to the rational use medicines has been grounded. Conceptual approach to realization of the rational use medicines in obedience to NPhP has been offered. The questionnaire of pharmacy workers in relation to the information source about medicines and their influence on the professional activity has been conducted. The state of prevalence of gastroenterology diseases and basic charts of pharmacotherapy of gastroesophageal reflux disease has been trained, multilevel algorithm of process control of pharmacotherapy has been grounded. Method of forming, functioning and structure of the computer information system "medications in gastroenterology" in obedience to the necessities of pharmacy specialists has been offered and grounded, that gives possibility to conduct estimation of clinical symptoms and estimation of medicines efficiency.
