Boychuk I. The Educational Conditions of Pharmacists' Professional Training at College

The thesis is dedicated to the theoretical grounding and experimental verification of the complex of teaching conditions and the teaching technology of the professional training of the future pharmacists at college. The modern scientific approaches to the issue under consideration are determined, they are the systematic, the axiological, the person-oriented, the competence and the technological approaches. The basic notions of investigation as well as the genesis of the pharmacists' professional college training system in Ukraine have been analyzed. The special attention is given to both - the theoretical grounding of the pharmacists' professional training model, and the determination of its structural and functional components. The organizational, methodological, and psychologically-educational conditions of pharmacists' professional training have been defined. The structure of pharmacists' professional competency as well as the criteria and levels of its development have been outlined. The thesis elucidates the pedagogical technology of pharmacists' professional training. The basic results of the investigations have been implemented in the teaching process of the higher educational establishments.
