Object of the study - managerial creativity of leader. Subject of the research - psychological factors of managerial creativity formation of leader. Methods of research. We used general scientific theoretical methods: a method of theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific literature on the management of creativity, methods of scientific observation, psychodiagnostic survey, which included a survey, testing, analysis of specific managerial situations. Scientific novelty of the results: the program developed and approved the formation of managerial creativity and create a program of psychological support of the formation of managerial creativity leadership, improved psychological criteria for the managerial creativity of leader; show features influence the motivation of professional activities and value orientations on the level of managerial creativity leader.
