Essay

The thesis presents the results of the social and philosophical analysis of formation and development of the entrepreneurial ideology and culture in Ukraine in the period of market relations. The essence of entrepreneurship is analyzed in the thesis as a way of management and business operation; it determines the origin of the market relations in Ukraine, historical and social factors which served as a precondition for development of personal ideology and cultural priorities of entrepreneurs. The author elaborated the original control model over the development of the positive and moral and ethics traits of the modern entrepreneurs.
