Object - viscero-abdominal disproportion (VAD); purpose - improving outcomes of surgical treatment of newborns with gastroschisis and omphalocele by eliminating VAD multidirectional traction of the abdominal wall; methods - clinical, laboratory, pathomorphological, ultrasound, X-ray, the method of mathematical modeling correction VAD, statistics;the results -- first proposed a mathematical model of the process the VAD through multidirectional traction AAW during surgery in infants with gastroschisis and omphalocele; received power load diagrams of the abdominal wall with surgical correction of VAD in infants with gastroschisis and omphalocele; proposed koefitsient imbalance makes it possible to classify the degree of VAD, its severity and in each case to form an algorithm for further treatment, first developed and introduced into practice the treatment of newborns with gastroschisis and omphalocele new method of surgical correction of VAD, which is in direct and remote observation period (from 1 month to 3 years) creates a significant increase in positive terms volume of the abdominal cavity without the formation of ventral hernias, and provides good quality of life; branch – medicine.
