Fidria J. The prosecutor’s activity in control stages of criminal process.

TThe thesis is devoted to a complex scientific investigation of problems of juridical system, juridical proceedings and activity of the Public Prosecution in control stages of criminal process. Evolution, modern position and long-term development of control stages of criminal action in Ukraine were investigated; the peculiarities of legal status of prosecutor as a participant of reviewing of judicial decisions in criminal cases in the whole and separate control stages of judicial production were defined; the practice of prosecutor’s participant in appeal, cassation and exclusive conducting according to the materials of criminal cases and published judicial decisions were considered and analyzed. Propositions concerning the changes and amendments of laws of Ukraine «About the Public prosecutor’s office», Criminal proceeding Code of Ukraine, sectoral order of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine and the improvement of activity of Court of Justice and Public prosecution in this sphere were inserted.
