Essay

The thesis is devoted the study of reparative osteogenesis of the lower jaw on a background of a chronic intoxication by lead acetate. Reparative processes in mandible on a background of lead intoxication are characterized with low intensity of functional reorganization of restored bone, a low primary mineralization of a peripheral zone of fracture, lead exit from deposit places and accumulation in reparative zone with possible introduction in a hydroxyapatite lattice, the low maintenance of copper in all investigated zones of mandible that disorders reparative processes. Histologically it looks as a local fibrous ostitis with characteristic dark brown stains. Antidote remedies "Magne B6" and "Tetaсinum-calcium" render different influence in animals with chronic lead intoxication and without it. These drugs have bone stimulant effect for healthy rats in early postoperative term. "Magne B6" reduce the process of osteogenesis in late postoperative term. This influence could be destroyed with "Tetaсinum-calcium". The combination of these remedies on a background of a chronic lead intoxication has a high antitoxic effect.
