The thesis is dedicated to studying of structure functional peculiarities of blood vessels of conducting system of heart in the frame of the norm, its experimental blood supply disturbance and blood supply vessels topography in the conducting system of heart in severe congenital heart disease with interventricular septum abnormality. The results of the thesis elucidate new scientific findings concerning topography and sources of arterial anastomosis of the system. The model of ischemic attack structures of atrial venticular part has been created for the first time to determine vessels role in formation of arrythmogenic heart. According to morphometric findings dense volumes of hemocirculation vessels in the conducting system of heart have been determined and systematized for the first time in the frame of the norm, experiment and congenital heart disease in comparison with adjacent contractive myocardium indexes. Analysis of dense volume indexes of hemocirculation vessels and structural components of conducting system has determined that important morphogenetic formations are observed in the form of compacting, obstructive and fibroplastic processes in the conducting system of heart, dense volume gain of myocytes and hemocirculation vessels at the early postnatal ontogenesis.
