Gas-liquid mixtures transportation by field and interfield gas pipelines, linear gas networks and liquefild gas sistems pipelines.Enhancement of operating performance of field and interfiled gas pipelines by investigation of basic local and integral characteristics of gas-liquid flows and development of generalized methods of hydraulic calculation. Theoretical research was conducted using the methods of mathematical simulation and modern methods of models implementation. Experimental research - by methods of design of experiments and mathematical statistics. It is found that fluid viscosity affects the limits of plug and ring structures of gas-liquid flows existence in pipelines. Adjusted relations for determination of the actual gas content of two-phase mixtures at plug and ring structures considering the effects of liquid viscosity, tension and angle of the pipeline inclination to the horizon. For a continuous model of the movement of the ring gas-liquid mixture, the field of application of relation of the reduced hydraulic resistance coefficient within the limits of the liquid Reynolds' number variation 20<Re1<6000 and the modified Froude number 1<Re1<200 is extended. Improved the method of hydraulic calculation of field and interfiled gas pipelines transporting gas-liquid mixtures, the algorithm of which was used for writing the GazStrum computer program. The developed calculation procedure and program are put into industrial use on the gas pipelines of Kharkivgazvydobuvannya Gas Production Directorate of Ukrgazvydobuvannya Public Company.
