Object – modeling of the gastroenteral valve under gastric resection; purpose – morphofunctional substantiation of the necessity of valve apparatus recovering under resection of the stomach by the Billroth-1 and Billroth-2 methods; methods – macroscopic, microscopic, morphometric, functional, mathematical, roentgenological, statistical; the results – morphological changes in stomach wall, small intestine, pancreas and liver after stomach resection by the Billroth-1 and Billroth-2 methods with gastroenteral valve modeling and without it by traditional methods are studied and compared; pressure in stomach and small intestine before and after resection of stomach by traditional methods and own method with modeling of the gastroenteral valve is traced; substantial superiorities of stomach resection with modeling of the gastroenteral valve under compared with traditional methods of stomach resection which facilitate the decreasing of postoperative complications degree are estimated; branch – medicine.
