Object – changes of the immune defence organs at high acute intestinal obstruction under the influence of endogenic intoxication; purpose – to mark morphological peculiarities of mononuclear phagocytes in small intestine mucosa, lymphatic follicles of thin bowel, regional mesenteric lymphatic nodes and spleen at high, acute intestinal obstruction under the influence of endogenic intoxication and its correction; methods – macroscopic, microscopic with morphometry, electron microscopic, laboratory, statistical; the results – cytomorphological peculiarities of cell contents in mesenteric lymphatic nodes and spleen under surgical treatment and enterodetoxication of high acute intestinal obstruction are studied at first; considerable deceleration of immune cytogenesis at the lymphatic nodes and lymphatic follicles of thin bowel is take place; existing knowledge about changes of spleen and lymphatic nodes structure in dynamics of high acute intestinal obstruction development, under surgical treatment of high acute intestinal obstruction and in the conditions of enterodetoxication by Sillard P are added and extended; branch – medicine.
