Essay

Object of research - the process of vehicles diagnosticating in conditions of CSS (car service station) or ATE (automobile transport enterpise). Subject of research - cal-culation-analytical and stand diagnosticating of motor cars. The primary purpose of dis-sertation work is an improvement of methods and facilities of diagnosticating of pas-senger cars on a stand with running drums and development of more effective algo-rithms for diagnosticating after the change of indicator expense of fuel and output-input ratio in separate asms. At dissertation work carrying out the technical diagnostics was considered as a process of information coding concerning vehicle's aggregates technical condition into numerical value of diagnostics parameters. Theoretical researches are based on the systems approach principle and mathematical modeling. Experimental re-searches have been carried out with the application of modern technical measuring sys-tems. The practical value of results obtained consists in the fact that the methods of ag-gregates diagnosting according to indicator fuel rate and efficiency coefficient in par-ticular aggregates are offered on the basis of the system approach - the operating stand with running drums is modernized, a number of electric circuits as well as devices have been replaced, the measuring system of the stand has been improved. Scientific novelty of the results obtained - new calculation-analytical models for vehicle's aggregates di-agnosting according to indicator fuel rate taking into account efficiency coefficient change in separate aggregates of the vehicle that allow to determine more accurately the technical condition of particular aggregates including the vehicle proper are obtained; analytical dependences for total power determination, kinetic energy and fuel economy are specified on the basis of mathematical and physical design at vehicle's movement both on the road and on the stand; the theory of vehicle's wheels coupling with running drums that allows to take into account more accurately the construction of the stand in conditions of diagnosting has been improved. The results of researches carried out has been implemented at the state - owned enterprise "Malyshev" plant, Kharkiv, JSC CSS "Mobilservis", Kharkiv, and in the educational process of KHNADU. Domain of appli-cation - at vehicle's technical state diagnosting at ATE, CSS and at technical inspection by state inspection bodies; at improvement of the current system of vehicles mainte-nance and repair; in the studying process of educational institutions, in particular in the studying process of the following courses: "Technical Operation of Vehicles " and "Fundamtntals of Technical Diagnosting" at bachelors and masters training on special-ity "Automobiles and Automobile Enterpise Management".
