Essay

Scientific-methodical approach in creation suppositories with original substances for medical treatment of proctologic diseases has been developed. The composition of monocomponent drug - rectal suppositories containing diacamph and the combined drug "Diafenat" containing succiphenatum, anaesthesinum and diacamph has been theoretically and experimentally developed. The manufacturing technology and standardization methods of suppositories for medical treatment of piles, proctitus and anal cracks have been developed on the base of complex of physical, physico-chemical, technological, biopharmaceutical and biological researches. The physico-chemical properties and stability of the developed compositions have been studied. Specific biological activity and safety have been proved.
