Dissertation is dedicated to the systematic analysis of determination qualities of the Ukrainian management phenomenon of self development and self-organization. The main concept or the subject of research is conducted as well as retrospective analysis of the development of national management, the ideology and methodology of this phenomenon. The algorithm of management self-development is simulated the state's regulation is enlightened as outer factor of management regulation development. The freedom business activity is acknowledged as the main criterion of state's regulation. We can see the role and place of the Ukrainian management as a part of the wored and European market the specificity of the functioning and development of Zaporozhye region is established in state economic structures, the modern tendencies and perspectives of management development in the of Ukrainian conditions.
