Kostiuck E. Public associations at socialist modernization of Ukrainian industrial sphere (1920 - 1930th ).

The thesis is devoted to the participation of public associations in industrial modernization on the territory of USSR in the period between the two world wars. On the basis of the literature, archive and published sources the social and political basis of industrial public associations system functioning was defined. The history of founding and activity industrial trade-unions, technical and scientific-technical associations, peculiarity's his organizational structure, and conditions of membership was researched. The author of the thesis analyzed the mechanism of public associations participation in industrial modernization of enterprises, at regulated system of moral labour stimulations. In the thesis the social aspects of industrial public associations activity and their participation in the expansion of technical education system being implemented on the part-time basis were researched.
